Intake-Online / Xiet
Intake-Online can be used to create a report of the initial skillset a person has. It is an advanced questionaire, fit to a specific job-description. By using Intake-Online, a (future?) employee or training center can get a good idea of the training required to prepare a person for a specific job or find the job that best fits that person's skills.
Intake-Online helps organisations to work more efficiently by getting the right people at the right places in the organisation and by making sure the employees get the training they need.
